New oppening: Property Manager

MAIN Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison and agent for the landlord in all property management matters
  • Develop and manage operation team in order to handle technical maintenance, suppliers contracts, facility management company
  • Regular assessment of premises status along with improvement suggestions regarding services towards tenants, technical equipment or financial administration
  • Negotiate and manage services and building contracts
  • Ensure the timely completion of maintenance of all building operations and systems, including the coordination of preventive maintenance work
  • Create opportunity for cost saving measures and develop a plan to add value to the property for both the long and short term


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum five years property management experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language is a must
