Senior Consultant
Commercial / Residential department
GVA ASCO Properties is searching for: organized, rigorous, responsible, proactive, perseverant, communicative individuals with a highly developed analytical capability, fluent in English and capable of utilizing the MsOffice package.
Job description:
- Actively involved in all the necessary steps acquired to finalize a deal (presentation, documentation, negotiation, billing)
- Identifying new clients and new business opportunities
- Identifying/ anticipating the clients’ needs and delivering the optimal solutions for them
- Preparing the documents used in the day to day activity: contracts, presentations, comparative and financial analysis, studies, Heads of Terms, newsletters, market reports etc
- Participating at client meetings, organizing visits, delivering clear and precise information
- Collaborates with all the other departments (administrative, marketing)
